Powerpole Board Case

Since building the Powerpole fused distribution boards we have been planning to make a case to prevent accidental short circuits on the PCB when power is applied.

We looked at commercial cases and found some suitable plastic boxes but we felt that it would be easier to make cases from thin plastic sheets and join the parts together with bolts or long screws.

We made two cases for the boards using 3mm and 6mm acrylic sheets. The plans for the cases can be downloaded in PDF format below:
